  3. Society as a whole is to blame. We see trouble and we turn our heads away from fear. Screams of help go unanswered. We tremble at the thought of "getting involved". Residents allow young thugs causing anti social behaviour to roam their streets too scared to interfere. We all need to grow a backbone and put a stop to this. If we carry on quivering in spineless fear we will only have ourselves to blame when life becomes unbearable.
