The British should take some responsibility over the Palestinian/ Israeli conflict and the ongoing hatred between India and Pakistan. The Americans and their allies eliminated Gaddafi former leader of Libya, supported the violent attempted overthrow of Assad in Syria and on a lie (WMD's) aided the violent death of Saddam Hussein and thousands of innocent civilians in Iraq. It is no wonder the result is turmoil in the Middle East with millions of impoverished displaced refugees. Let us also not forget, the US aided the violent overthrow of the legitimate pro Russian government of Ukraine in 2014 (the Maiden revolution) resulting in an ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia which has cost hundreds of thousands of lives and billions of US dollars.
