  1. The website used to pronounce ISIS involvement had been defunct for years. Hacking a dormant website and coding in misinformation is not beyond the realm of 'certain actors'. The captured gunman are singing like canaries. It seems they were going to be paid a vast sum by, at the moment, actors unknown. The old saying "follow the money" will sooner or later expose those who financed this murderous shooting spree on innocent civilians.
