  27. Get real. Banks raise interest rates from 2% to 6.55% on a landlords mortgage which equals a rent increase for the tenant. It is not a landlords job to subsidise one's cost of living. They are renting someone a home to live in so be grateful. If people don't like it, maybe they should stay living with mum and dad.
