  6. Actually western weapon manufacturers benefit. Governments benefit through taxing their profits. Pensioners benefit as many investments are in companies which produce products used in war. Investors benefit through "dividend payouts". Plus the BIG BONUS are contracts rewarded to companies for rebuilding works. War is a gigantic money making enterprise.
