  1. When the consumer prefers to shop online as opposed to supporting their local high street shop do not be surprised when one day its closed. We have become a fast food lover paradise. No longer do we spend an hour preparing and cooking evening meals. It is quicker to order a meal through Uber Eats. Hence the proliferation of fast food outlets and the litter which comes with it. There is clearly a lack of social cohesion and a "mind one's business mentality" taking root in today's society. It is no longer the Britain which I was proud of growing up as a young man. When I am overseas and people ask where I am from, I actually feel embarrassed to say England.
