  1. Money poured into new expensive housing, shopping malls, pedestrian only streets and park and ride car parks. How about a racing track out of town for boy racers, youth centres and the return of national service. All I see are bored youngsters with nothing to do but play computer games stuck at home. What amazes me they are doing the same school subjects which I did in the 60's. How sad. It's 2024 not 1965. No wonder truancy is sky high. At 13 they should be learning to strip down automative engines and rebuild them. Bored kids will cause problems so the answer is reverse the boredom and make them feel proud of what they do.
