  1. My wife and I are in our early 70's and are currently in the process of selling up in the UK. We are retiring to Malaysia which is the country my wife originated from. I have applied for a spouse visa. We would have retired there earlier but I waited until our two grandsons both reached their late teens. Now they are old enough they can take flights themselves and visit us. Over the years I have seen the economic and social decline of the UK and it saddens and angers me. I have told my grandsons to do what it takes to gain the skills necessary to enable them to live anywhere in the world. I seriously fear for their future if they have to stay here in the UK.
