  1. Immigration can be a positive thing??? Yes it can be if the immigrant applies for a work visa and is qualified in a skill required in the UK. Illegal immigration (economic migrants) is a crime and should be dealt with accordingly and not house them in some 5 star hotel complex. They should be placed in a detention centre and deported within days like they do in most other countries.
