  6. The NHS has become a bloated bottomless money pit. No matter the amount of taxpayers money thrown at it nothing will ever change. Better to spend the money on improving day care, health visiting and care at home. The finances of the country ( 2.3 TRILLION in debt ), a growing elderly population, increasing stress on its services due to massive immigration and a burgeoning obesity epidemic is pushing the NHS to the wall.
