  1. I should plead for funds for waiting in a telephone queue for over 40 minutes just to be told "Sorry, but no appointments available. You need to ring again tomorrow at 8am". This is for FIVE days in a row. I am now maxing out my credit card to sort things out privately. The NHS has gone down the tube.
