  3. Have you noticed all the Turkish barbershops springing up everywhere lately?? Funny but I hardly ever see any customers. As we know, most barbers are cash businesses. Laundering springs to mind and I don't mean washing clothes.

  6. What an eloquent speaker. I lived through the 60's and 70's as a youngster in Britain. Back in the day we had community spirit, decent living standards and high streets fit for purpose. The part of Britain I remember as being the same is the English countryside with its peaceful quaint villages. But even these are being blighted by spinning blades of wind turbines. In parts of todays Britain I feel alienated and feel as though I am in a different country. I feel our younger generation are paying the full price for failed policies of both governments, Labour and Conservative.

  24. My wife is an "IMMIGRANT" who has worked as an ITU and CCU sister in the NHS since the 70's caring for "native" Brits. These ILLEGAL ECONOMIC MIGRANTS flooding our shores are breaking the law BUT we reward them with free hotel rooms plus food. I ask, do not paint these migrants with the same brush than those who entered the UK legally, worked hard, paid their taxes and in essence, contributed to British society.
