  12. More than likely she has a job where she only has to work 90 days out of the year so she can file... SHE contributes very little monetarily, but when she files every year she gets 6 or 7,000. She bases her life off of that 20% that she gets in child support, most women rarely add significantly to that. Just think about it this way, think about the type of woman that is a single mother, how many of them can actually support a child by themselves, that's how many need to file tax return on their children.
