  5. ​@neilneil9089 From what I've heard, it started before 2022; Assad was apparently unwilling to reinforce his military and he refused to even meet with Erdogan to sort out some plan or agreement. Apparently both Russia and Iran were frustrated by Assad's behaviour.

  6. Absolutely LOVE Brian and his knowledge of military matters and geopolitics; however, I have detected a strong current of TDS in his recent pronouncements which I hope does not colour his usual objectivity.

  7. Aside from the fact that Ukraine is just another op to destroy Russia using another country and that this war is supposed to never end, THE U.S. IS OUT OF WEAPONS. Because they have a for-profit MIC with lots of hungry congressmen and execs to feed, they cannot come close to producing as many arms as they need for all these wars, or anywhere close to what Russia produces.
