The rampant corrupted in Ukraine is a FEATURE, NOT A BUG for the U.S. who took over ownership of the county and its institutions since before their coup in 2014. They saw all the corruption, thought what a great place to launder money and build illecit biolabs, then moved in lock stock and barrel and started the war in the Donbas knowing Russia would eventually have to respond. Voila, playground for corrupt aceholes like Biden, Zelensky and Von der Leyden, as well as defense contractors.
