  1. There is no good answer. Insurance in the US is obscenely expensive due to everyone taking their cut for your treatment, but you can get seen very quickly. In the UK doctors don't even want to see us anymore, you are lucky if you get a phone call "appointment", and if you need an operation, you may wait years. Also, those of us who work pay into the system in large amounts (deducted from our paychecks), but the fat ass lazy slobs who won't work pay nothing into it yet use it more.
