  2. Tell me if you agree: I have reached the conclusion that even more than trying to weaken Russia (Rand Corp 2019), this whole war was prinipally about money. After all, the US didnt stage their coup until 2014, and that was when contracts were signed with Exxon and Shell and Burisma for Eastern Ukraine resources. Right?
