  8. I was just listening to Lavrov's great speech at the UN. Am just a bit confused/ambivalent about this UN Pact for the Future; it sounds horrific, especially as regards the Global Digital Compact which involves draconian censorship on the Internet. Lavrov said Russia had taken part in some of the planning over the past few years, only for it to turn into rubbish, but Pepe E opines that the whole thing stinks and the Africans were tricked into supporting it. Thoughts?
