  3. ​@ThomasM1K It seems you have not understood anything of this situation. If there is a ceasefire proposed by the side LOSING the war, its so they can rearm and regroup and attack after they've rested. A proposed negotiation, on the other hand, means setting the terms to definitively end the war, without the loser being able to rearm to the teeth like Ukraine did in 2021-22.
