  2. These horses are not wildlife nor native species; they are feral animals like street cats, and they have overpopulated the land, poached the terrain, and overgrazed the range. Putting them in pens is NOT the answer, the solution is to geld all of the stallions and stop the reproduction. There are too many horses in the world, even purebred valuable horses whose owners can no longer afford to look after them; there is no reason to add to the problem with more feral horses.
