I take issue with your assertions about institutionalised racism being the cause of such low black annual income. This is shoddy use of statistics to allegedly prove causation. Blacks used to have a high percentage of two-parent families, now they have an extremely low percentage. Many black women live alone with their children and therefore many dont work and live on welfare. Add to that the subculture of violence, drugs, gangs and crime in many predominately black cities, now try to tell me it's all because of racism and not due to behaviour and mentality. The other issues of how the government and the elites in the US want this poverty are all valid, please don't dilute your argument by unnecessarily bringing race into it.
