I was distinguishing between what the Western psychos have ALREADY done (freezing) and what they are PLANNING to do, which is outright theft. Seizure can be either temporary (as in the Bozo Biden admin giving BACK 6 billion in frozen assets to Iran) or permanent, as would be the case of thievery.
