He is embezzling and engaging in corruption and marketeering with OUR MONEY while hubdreds of thousands of Ukrainians, both Russian soeaking and Ukrainian speaking DIE NEEDLESSLY Don't believe a word that he says, particularly that the Russians started it, when he conveniently leaves out the Maidan coup and the shelling of eastern Ukraine by Kiev forces for NINE YEARS.
