Russia is NOT our enemy, AMERICA is the enemy of everyone. Answer this: If Putin wanted to invade and take over other countries, why did he not do it for decades? Why did he try do trade with Europe? Why did he only seek guarantees that Ukraine would remain neutral? It was only AFTER the US sent billions in weapons and training and consultants into Ukraine and viciously attacked the Donbas, killing 15000 mostly civilians, that he knew there was no more safety for his own country.
