He has banned an entire Orthodox church, banned ALL opposition political parties, shut down all but one state media channel, cancelled elections, decreed that no one could negotiate with Russia, IS DRAGGING HIS OWN CITIZENS OFF THE STREETS TO FORCE THEM ON THE FRONT LINE, and his SBU has a KILL list of people who criticise Zelensky including Americans. Tell me that's not a dictator.
