THE KIEV GOVERNMENT ATTACKED ITS OWN CITIZENS IN EASTERN UKRAINE IN 2014 BECAUSE THEY WERE ETHNIC RUSSIANS, killed 14,000 over eight years (UN figures), and said they would join Nato and put nukes 5 minutes from Moscow. It was UKRAINE who reneged on the Minsk accords, NOT RUSSIA, and Merkel and Hollande ADMITTED that a year ago. Russian continued all those years to propose a European wide security agreement that ALLOWED EASTERN UKRAINE TO REMAIN PART OF UKRAINE but to stop the Kiev attacks on Eastern Ukraine, and THEY WERE IGNORED. TELL THE TRUTH!
