The diplomatic tango between Washington and Moscow is underway, but Trump’s promise to bring a quick end to the war in Ukraine on Trump’s terms appears more unlikely with each passing day. Prior to the conversation between the two leaders during the last four days, diplomats representing Moscow and Washington in their respective embassies did the detail work of arranging the phone diplomacy. But, according to Borizzkman, there were two, not one, conversations (this is Borizzkman’s concise eight-minute video presenting the latest developments):
Putin’s position is firm and unyielding — No ceasefire or freeze-in-place, recognize the four former Ukrainian oblasts as Russian states, and dismantle Ukraine’s military so that it could never join NATO. The conversations likely took place last week, perhaps as early as 5 February. Why? Because we learned on 6 February that the US asked the UK to take over the chair of the Ukraine Defense Group which is set to meet tomorrow (Tuesday) in Brussels. Trump is sending a message to both Putin and NATO — i.e., Ukraine is no longer viewed as a US priority and that Europe is responsible for pulling Ukraine’s chestnuts from the fire.
Although it appears that Uncle Sam’s Sugar Shack is now closed for future business with Ukraine, Waltz and Donald Trump still labor under the mistaken belief that they have leverage over Russia because they believe it is suffering catastrophic losses and a weakening economy. According to Waltz:
Wrong on the economy Mike:
Trump and his foreign policy team are wrongly assuming that Putin is desperate for a deal because, according to the bogus intel being fed to them, Russia is hurting and looking for a way to alleviate the pain. I am sure that Putin and his team will be setting that record straight.
At the very time that Trump is trying to do a deal with Russia to end the war in Ukraine, Trump is endorsing Netanyahu’s plan to blow up the ceasefire agreement and renew attacks on the Palestinians in Gaza. While Trump is smart in some of the domestic policies he is pursuing, he is exposing his ass with his obtuse grasp of the situation in Gaza and how US actions in that region shape Russia’s distrust of Trump and his policies. - sonar21

MILITARY TUBE TODAY – After a major strategic victory, the Russian Armed Forces captured VelikayaNovosyolka, continued to advance in their efforts to gain full control of southern Donetsk, and the Ukrainian hardware nearby clearly still under threat. The Russian Defense Ministry released footage on February 11, 2025, showing Russian troops burning more Ukrainian hardware and crews in Dneproenergiya, NovyKomar, and even in Konstantinopol which is a little far away. Every day, FPV drone operators from the Vostok Group of Forces search for enemy armored vehicles, engage and eliminate them. In the early stages, the drone arrived on a pick-up truck while picking up soldiers fighting for the Kiev regime, but it didn't go as planned!
Later, the drones arrived on several other armored vehicles with explosions and heavy fire on the vehicles, causing irreparable damage. Mortar positions with weapons hidden in the forest plantations, would not have escaped the attention of Russian drone operators identified from Ukrainian firing positions. The Vostok Group is relentlessly disabling the hardware that appears in the surrounding area, supporting the advance of Russian assault forces into the depths of enemy defenses on the South Donetsk direction. In the past three days, 5 armored combat vehicles, 12 field artillery guns, 15 motorized vehicles and more than 10 mortar positions were destroyed by Russian UAV near Velikaya Novosyolka, the Ministry of Defense calculates. In this direction, new footage has emerged showing another Ukrainian infantry fighting vehicle "M113" made in the United States, apparently charred after a fire.

MILITARY TUBE TODAY – The logistics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to reinforce the front-line units from Sumy region to Kursk region are becoming more complicated by the day, as Russian forces press Ukraine, entering smaller areas each day. The Ukrainian supply chain through the highly vulnerable route along Sumy-Kursk road, is under constant precision attack by FPV drones, accelerating the Russian advance. Footage released by Russian military channels on February 10, 2025, shows FPV drones launched by the Russian 106th Guards Airborne Division, one of which is in Loknia in Sumy region, disrupting Kiev’s supply routes and depots before direct combat. The vehicles that assisted in evacuation, logistics and drone operations ,were visited by Russian drones, imagining the extent of Ukrainian losses in equipment and manpower, based only on the number of such videos.
In the past week, Russian fiber optic specialists have been continuously attacking Kiev’s logistics forces, with multiple strikes hitting Kiev’s troop transport vehicles near the settlements of Khoten and Pisarevka in Sumy region, indicating an expanding operational zone. This is the only and critical logistic route for Kursk where many vehicles and supplies were lost in vain, it looks like an absolute nightmare for the Armed Forces of Ukraine before heading into the invasion zone and the losses at the rear end are dramatic. Ukrainian supplies passing through this route have been subject to regular Russian drone attacks based on the videos posted. The attacks indicate a strategic effort to neutralize their supplies near the border and weaken their defensive positions before a potential ground attack on Kursk, the staging ground for the Russian operation. Russian drone attacks will likely increase along this route, where Ukrainian supplies will not be able to move without airlift or road access from Sumy.
