  2. Eleven people have been detained over the terrorist attack on the Crocus Crocus City Hall concert venue outside Moscow, Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has said in a statement. The arrested suspects include “four terrorists who were directly involved in the terrorist attack on Crocus,” the statement read. Investigative work to track down other accomplices are ongoing, it added. After carrying out the attack on Friday night, “the perpetrators tried to escape by car, fleeing towards the Russian-Ukrainian border,” the FSB said on Saturday. “The criminals intended to cross the Russia-Ukraine border and had relevant contacts on the Ukrainian side,” it added. According to the agency, “all four terrorists” were arrested in Russia’s Bryansk Region within several hours as a result of well-coordinated actions by the security services and the police.   6. Ukraine has fired multiple missiles at the city of Sevastopol in Crimea, Governor Mikail Razvozhayev said in the early hours of Sunday. The city hosts an important naval base and the headquarters of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet. According to Razvozhayev, the ground defenses have shot down more than 10 missiles. He described the attack as “the most massive one in recent times.” A part of the projectile struck a home, killing a 65-year-old man, the governor said. Ukraine has repeatedly targeted Crimea, attempting to strike Russian naval assets with missiles, UAVs and seaborne drones.
