Washington bankrolls these battalions via fascist puppets in Ukraine, whose neo-Nazi flags proudly fly, all while painting itself as the paragon of freedom and democracy. It’s an exquisite irony: Hunter’s “democratic” family is in bed with the same factions that openly espouse the fascist ideologies he claims to loathe. But we can't ignore the cherry on top of this irony sundae: AIPAC and Israel. The Bidens sing praises to democracy while propping up Israel's apartheid regime, a state that’s carpet-bombing Gaza with impunity, bulldozing Palestinian homes, and snuffing out lives with a ferocity that would make any fascist regime blush. And Hunter’s talking about the threat of “fascism”? Hunter, the heir to this gilded hypocrisy, isn’t worried about democracy.
