A message from Father Issa Thaljieh, Greek Ortodox priest at the Church of the Nativity.
The Grotto of the Nativity, located inside the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, is the very place where Jesus was born. This small cave is the place where the Virgin Mary gave birth to our Savior, where Joseph supported and took care of Mary and Jesus. In this sacred place, the light of Christ entered the world, not in a palace, but in a simple cave, showing us God's infinite love, a love that entered the world not through riches or power, but through peace, and grace. - Intel Republic

UK ARMED FORCES: READY FOR RUSSIA, BUT CAN’T LEAVE THE BASE (see pic): nearly 10% of Britain’s military unfit for duty, with shocking 13,522 troops medically undeployable and another 14,350 only “partially” deployable (that’s over 27,000 soldiers who wouldn’t even make it to battlefield, let alone survive it).
British Defense Ministry calls this normal in article above, claiming, "90% of our personnel are deployable," while ex-minister Heappey says missed dentist appointments inflate numbers as target sizes missed across all branches - Army, Navy and Air Force.
Maybe fix this “bandaged brigade" before boasting about global military dominance and fighting Russia? - Intel Republic

Nevertheless, the community has been “targeted by different ways of discrimination and misunderstanding of our Christian symbols, especially in this holy realm on Christmas Eve,” she said.
Asked about reports of Western European assistance to Syria’s Christian community, de la Croix replied, “we don’t rely on protection from the West, I regret to say it.”
She noted that Western Europe has never genuinely assisted Christians in Syria. On the contrary, she said, there was always a feeling it was “even forbidden for us to talk about the prosecution of Christians.” She said Western politicians “were not very happy” when she talked about the issue.
HTS jihadists launched a surprise offensive in the northern Syrian provinces of Idlib and Aleppo late last month. After the city of Aleppo fell within days, the group advanced south on Damascus, capturing the towns of Suqaylabiyah, Hama, and Homs along the way before they were joined by US-armed Free Syrian Army (FSA) militants for a final push on the capital. Former Syrian President Bashar Assad left for Russia, where he has been granted asylum.
Under Assad, Christians and other religious minorities were allowed to openly practice their faith. - RT
