  13. Some more information: the girl was placed into the custody of her grandparents in the middle of staying with the father. Reason being she was suffering emotional damage (no details given on what he did) living with him. The father fled, not following court orders to give the child to her grandparents. It is a case of parental kidnapping, and he isn't in the right.
