Hi, I have not read this book; although, I have heard of these memory regression therapies in other coaches work. I like what you said about acceptance of painful memories rather than trying rewriting them. I agree with positive visualization as an adult of your child self. Also, I haven't heard of infantile amnesia; however, I think that I read something to the idea of pre verbal memories existing in Recovering From Narcissistic Abuse (4 books in 1) by Linda Hill. If you can find that info, she writes about it in the beginning of her book. I say that because I've also of others talking about pre natal memories. But, I am not educated formally, and have only watched some videos on it myself. At the time of finding Spirituality, I thought that I meditated and remembered as far back as I could and remembered a couple of memories from birth, even through age 5 and after, that typical adults wouldn't remember. I had experienced the death of my father at age 5, so that could explain my recollection. I love your work, thank you so much ❤️ Oh, I have been following some of the practices that Gabriella Kovalenko teaches, and she recently wrote a book called Falling Up. It's a short book, but I would really like to hear your review, thanks again.
