They work differently- they build and then move the impoverished households from barren lands there- houses are furnished and practically given free too poor families- Their government not gonna bail out Evergrande - as majority shareholders are foreign HOT money- mainly USA companies like Blackrock

The agenda of china govt is not PROFIT oriented - but socialistic based- eliminate poverty- everyone entitled to own home- electricity- clean water- modern amenities- narrowing the income gap- all proper things a good government should do
