I had a long bout of 6 months of irritating cough in 2018 and after that i was giddy and gets short of breath with walking After i had my first M jab, i felt a fog lifted from my brain, and no longer giddy or short of breath. Whatever in the jab fixed my problems. I suspect it is good for some and bad for some like most medications are. This is just my experience
