  2. Who the hell has been having children in school without recess? More than 50 yrs ago we were required to PLAY 15 minutes mid-morning, at lunch and mid-afternoon. 45 minutes play plus rest time required in San Diego. Don't you like your children?

  35. 18 months sounds nice and it still delays facing the issue of someone losing their home due to lack of agreement between renter and rentee. When the owner values income over human life they will not be reasonable without being legally coerced or monetarily compensated by Government.

  36. The only hope I can personally have in this situation is that I will not live long enough to witness what is done to this beautiful land the way I had to see the San Diego River Bed destroyed and Mission Bay dredged up when I was a child.

  39.  @TheResidance  To avoid over-crowding and trampling during evacuation. Residents will go to the nearest exit in an emergency creating a more safe, secure place to relax and live.
