@absolstoryoffiction6615 they are not separate issues when many of the people calling for fixing our "broken immigration system" want to do so by letting people in legally by the millions as opposed to what we're doing now which is illegally by the millions. I favor legal imagination on a controlled basis which is basically the current law. The only thing broken about our immigration system is it the current powers that be don't enforce the laws duely passed by Congress. They prefer to ignore the law as opposed to trying to change it because they know the American people are pretty happy with the current law and would just like to see it enforced. Poll after poll shows exactly that.

@absolstoryoffiction6615 I'm in general agreement with you because what you're suggesting is largely what current immigration laws passed by Congress says. I also agree with your point on the expenses I forget who I'm quoting here but someone said if you're going to have a social welfare system you can't make that offer global. I'm an older guy I've been following this issue for nearly 45 years.

@@bingbong7our immigration system is not flawed we are just not enforcing the actual laws passed by Congress and signed by previous presidents. The left doesn't care about the laws unless they are useful to them in persecuting their political opponents

It further the less ultimate goal of tearing down the current United States of America and replacing it with a socialist Paradise. Want to accept that that is what they're trying to do almost all of their actions begin to make sense. Lacey chaos as their path to power. And this isn't some wild theory I've been following the left for many decades and this is consistent with what they say when they're speaking to or writing for each other.
