@lobbyrobby non-defense domestic spending reach the highest it has ever been under Bill Clinton.. the Cold War ended and we cut our military spending dramatically that's where the positive budget deficit changes came from.

@cliffart7398 Clinton is a liar not that that's a shock anybody, he took credit for reducing the size of the federal government when in fact the Cold War ended and we were able to radically reduce our military which had nothing to do with him in fact it was up people like him the Cold War would still be going on
