@DP.496 I'm retired now but a number of times in my career I was pressured to make a diversity hire and would not do it. I had a relatively small but critical team working for me and I couldn't afford to hire for any other reason than excellence. I always hired the very best person I could find for any open position I had and without any consideration of this crap, in a previously 95% male and 95% white discipline, about half of the time the best person for the job was a woman a few of them Hispanic women, a Chinese woman a Korean guy an Indian guy. Not to mention that the quality of my teams were the envy of the corporation because I was gifted at hiring.

@rockyhill9965 the Marxist don't care about the string people's lives as long as they can advance their agenda. When you raise the minimum wage to Ludacris levels last minimum wage jobs get created and it adds impetus to automating any of those jobs that can be. The minimum wage is not intended to be a living wage it's a wage you should be earning early in your career when you're not worth that much. The problem is with Obama and now O'biden we have such lackluster economic growth that adults are stuck in minimum wage jobs. The answer to that problem is not paying people twice what they're worth to do menial tasks by the way that's a major contributor to inflation
