@vl68934 the f**** left politicizes everything. I know this may come as a shock to young people but there used to be lots of non-political spaces for people with different political beliefs could socialize and even be friends. For the most part sports was one of those. Screw the left

@thekingsson1757 he was not doing this on his own time. It also cost his employer the NFL money as many people were not inclined to watch as much football as they usually did. Having the right to do something doesn't protect you from the consequences. This country is devided enough. Sports ideally should be in a-political space where people with very different views could get together. In my opinion by taking some of that away he hurt country and lead to even more division. The freaking left politicizes everything. It did not used to be this way it wasn't that long ago (and I mean earlier this century and back forever) most spaces were non political. It was axiomatic the two topics you did not bring up in mixed company were politics and religion. And led to a much more civil society.
