@aceyage thank you for demonstrating that either you don't understand the history at all or are lying about it. Does 90% rates were paid by a handful of families in the entire country. The average tax burden during those times was about 20% of GDP and if you look at a graph of that over the years you will see that up until Obama had stayed around 20% on GDP no matter what the tax rates were. @tiberianexcalibur well that's a red herring because nobody's talking about raising taxes on lower income workers and not doing so on higher income people. By the way corporations don't pay taxes at all they just collect them where do you think they get the money they get it from their customers which means it just means they have to increase their prices to get the money to pay the taxes. They have no other way of getting the money they don't have a printing press. You don't understand economics at all

@tiberianexcalibur I know more economics in my pinky than you know in your whole body or ever will know. Corporations pay taxes from the money they get from their customers and if you raise the taxes they raise the prices because they have no other mechanism for getting the money. If you're arguing with that proposition then you're an ignoramus
