@hectorsanchez1377 I've read it and all the amendments several times along with all the surrounding documents like the debates at the Constitution The Federalist papers etc. But, as has been said, the Constitution is not a suicide pact.

@SupHapCak you clearly have no understanding whatsoever of how any of this works. It's not just companies that can react negatively the things you say is your next door neighbor's, the people at the gym, the guys you shoot pool with, in short everybody including your employer whether that's a giant corporation or the little breakfast spot on the corner that's a ittle mom-and-pop operation. So no the company is not violating your rights because you don't have any when it comes to private individuals and organizations. Only the government is prohibited for punishing you for speech or preventing you from speaking. I know it's hard for you to get your tiny little brain around this idea but you don't think the company should be able to fire somebody who walks around or publicly posts about his desire to see the black people wiped of the earth? You should actually find out what the Constitution and the Bill of Rights says so then you will understand what are and are not your rights. I also note you're didtain for the actual owners of things like companies, you know the people who make our things and hire people. You sound like a very confused little marxist to me.
