That says a lot more about the current extreme boy unfriendliness of our schools because when it comes to innate ability men at least at the far edges of mathematics are better than women. That does not mean that there aren't women that are bringing mathematicians in fact I know quite a few worked with a lot and even dated a great female mathematician for a decade.

@gateroadministry the probability is exactly 100%. If I don't know I don't say so and if I State something as a fact not an opinion it's always 100% true and verifiable.
2
That's simply not true there's been a ton of research in this area. It really is okay that men are better at some things and women are better at others particularly when you're talking about things like mathematics or it's only at the extreme fringes of mathematical ability where you see any significant difference between men and women. I worked in a previously completely male-dominated discipline and I hired about 50% man and 50% women despite the fact that it was a very mathematical analytical discipline because I thought that the slight differences between men and women led to better teams and my teams did outperform single-sex teams all the time
2
That's a gross exaggeration of the differences between male and female thinking which is something that I'm pretty well versed about

@FlexCrushYouTube I had the same experience in high school as long as I listened in class I really didn't have to study at all but then I went off to college as a chem major and discovered that that plan is not work what university level mathematics and chemistry and physics etc and I had a developed study habits cuz I had zero

@FlexCrushYouTube education whether we're talking little kids or graduate students does an issue that I've been paying attention to for decades ever since I left my 10-year educational campus Odyssey. I am appalled by the low standards of education that we see in the vast majority of our public schools then I think the universities are a shadow of their former selves compared to what they were like decades ago when I was going.
1
@FlexCrushYouTube I've been following what goes on in the schools for decades and I've been appalled at how bad things are.
1
@gateroadministry speaking as a fellow actuary if you're an actuary I sincerely doubt that you're bad at math
1
@thethinkingman- buddy I know that most of the great mathematicians have been men but I know a wide variety of women who could run circles around you and almost anybody else at math.
1
@MiaMerkur I know I mean it is true that most of the great mathematicians have been men and Men on the fire fringes of the bell curve are better at math then women on the far edges of the bell curve but some of the smartest mathematically speaking people I have known and worked with are women.
1
@washeuteaugensehen4699 people misinterpret the data because girls are not bad at math just on the far fringes of the bell curve like that couple of tenths of 1% on either end you will find more men as mathematical geniuses than women. The fact is that the overwhelming majority of the male and female intelligence bell curves overlap. I was educated in the sciences and became a health insurance actuary and some of the best math minds I worked with were women.

@infjelphabasupporter8416 I had read more research by 30 years ago then you will have read by the day you die. Many more recent studies reflect the fact that we've made our schools rather boy unfriendly and are performed by people who already have a result in mind. A routinely tear into those studies and pull them apart and find amateurs mistakes is which is what you get when you're trying to get to an outcome that you want to see. I also managed men and women in a highly intellectual mathematical analytical discipline an observed slight differences in men and women. I personally think those differences are complementary and therefore in a previously male-dominated discipline I hired about 50/50 men and women.
1
I've always said that human beings are supposed to come mixed sex pairs because we complement each other so much. Even in problem-solving which I did a lot of for a living I found that the teams that I built that were about 50/50 male and female were better at solving problems because of slight differences between the way men and women think, you know on average, often lead to better ideas.

@edwinamendelssohn5129 that's completely a fact and has been repeatedly demonstrated
1
@soonny002 this is common knowledge and you're asking for a source that something the person probably already knows try googling it yourself because what he saying is an absolute fact an easy to verify
1
@rockstar4127 there is no pay Gap what you do with any reasonable analytical person would do how to adjust for the obvious things like number of hours worked by week you come up with a essentially zero pay Gap.
