I've always been a conservative but the Dems that I grew up around were people who love the America and just had ideas that I thought were not very good. @DopyWantsAPeanut the price of insurance reflects the costs in the recent past and more importantly projections of risk in the future. The insurance companies don't just make up the rates. Florida's had a lot of damaging storms with the expectation of more to come and that's what's driving the rates up. It's not a plot

@DopyWantsAPeanut the storms caused the damage where the roofs were fraudulently done or not and as things warm up it's expected to get worse. But what do I know I'm only an insurance professional Actuary who understands the rate making process about 10,000 times better than you do.

@DopyWantsAPeanut bad things that happen are not always somebody else's fault. I'm sure there's been plenty of construction problems and fraud however it's not the main driver of the cost. Even the best constructed roofs are often damaged by hurricanes.

@karols432 look I like the guy but I think that this is a pendulum election in our history as in if we lose it I don't know where the country is going to be in 4 years. So as much as I like the Santa's I think you should pick someone who brings voters to the table that might vote for the Democrat/marxists/Nazi party. Maybe a guy like Tim Scott. Blacks are already starting to peel away from the Democratic party and that could turn into a stampede.
