  1. ​ @EphemeralProductions I always thought that a long drawn on hiring process with just a matter of the hiring manager not making it a priority. I generally fill my positions in about half the time that other managers did and had better results to begin with

  2. I had a very long and comprehensive three part first interview process and basically had selected my candidates after it and the second interviews was more of a formality and to make sure that the guy didn't like fall all over himself in the second interview. .
