  17.  @rashb3994  American history taken in its totality is far from dark. And if you think it is then you do have a tissue paper thin understanding of the history. I on the other hand well let's just say that my fingernail clippings no more history than you do. You should spend the next 10 years reading and then come back and post. By then you might know 15% as much history as me.

  18.  @rashb3994  forget about what I learned in school I've read about 1500 books approximately 1,000 of them nonfiction works of History not to mention hundreds of really good documentaries (not the crap masquerading as documentaries that you see all over the TV now). I also have in-depth discussions with five different people who are ridiculously historically knowledgeable two of them have phds in history and are multiply published authors. There's not one shred of history in your head that I don't know about and don't know more about than you. Reading through a people's history looking for the dark moments and then trying to paint a picture just from that would make any culture anywhere on earth look bad. It's certainly not the mark of somebody who understands history and who Love's the topic. You sir are a fraud.
