  2. Chart at 2:55 is also useful for people to understand that all the folks who can't stop bragging about how they think they got a great deal buying in the last few years are full of it, whether they know it or not.

  3. anecdotal but where I'm at inventory is rising, in early October... and I don't just mean months supply, I mean number of available listings is going up. is it possible that some people are finally seeing the writing on the wall and cashing out?
