  1. absolutely. sick to death of irresponsible behavior allowing people to appear rich, or at least appear far more well off than they actually are. meanwhile those of us who are actually financially secure are stuck waiting seemingly forever for the other shoe to drop.

  2.  @Green_Lantern89  This is why frankly the terms of many people's mortgages, especially down payment levels, shouldn't even be legal. it shouldn't be legal to buy a home that you cannot afford at all. If doing so only screwed over yourself, that would be one thing, but we all know that isn't how it works.

  3. I thought that was only if you're in default and going into foreclosure, then it's a possible modification. Not that I agree with that, but I don't think it's for an original mortgage term.
