  1. We don't have it to the same degree as Austin but just now I'm starting to see whole blocks of new homes coming on for sale near where I am. They're now all real high end price wise either. Some are more towards the median home price in the area. This is last week of December. Really wondering what's around the bend. They're all completed builds, not lots of in progress.
