  1. I am a T.I. and it is pure harassment. The attackers use satellites and air control to target and if you are on the move the attack lags behind a bit and then hits again. This attack is in your head with noises and it is with you everywhere you go. Your car, in the market, taking a trip in an airplane, etc. Choppers and small aircraft are harassing from above. These attackers are most likely the state militia or military. Sick people using electronic harassment to destroy random people. They deserve life in prison, no doubt.
