Hi Dear family
So, today is Taro day. It was fascinating watching you do a few dishes with it.
I personally, do not like Taro because I have only eaten it Hawaiian style... Poi. I can not stand Poi.
The bread, rice with Taro, and dipping Taro in batter and frying, I would really like to try Taro your way. Thank you for showing me.

PS I too cook my cabbage in Bacon grease. I love it that way. I fry the bacon first and take out, I pour off some of the bacon grease because I don't want all that grease on my cabbage. I then put in my cabbage for a couple of minutes until softer. I then, crumble up the bacon, and stir it in.
It's yummy!!!
